After a distinguished 30-year career with Marriott International, Chef Brian traded the hotel kitchen for something closer to his heart: bringing chef-driven food directly to the people who love it.
Culinary JEMs was born from a simple belief — that everyone deserves restaurant-quality food served with warmth and personality. Our gourmet sliders aren't just small burgers. They're carefully crafted bites featuring grass-fed beef, premium proteins, house-made sauces, and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from decades behind the line.
